SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME – CHILDREN CREATE THE WORLD.

I am delighted to offer an online arts programme for primary school children in the January school holidays.  The programme allows children to explore the colors of the rainbow, linking these to our emotions and feelings.   Emphasis is on how each one of us can create a brilliant world by simply focusing on the positive elements of our emotions and feelings and  practicing these on a daily basis.  The mindfully selected arts activities  and creative visualisations empower children to  tap into their inner creativity and wisdom  in order to become the greatest and most brilliant version of themselves.   No experience required.

WHEN: January, 2017.
WHO:  Children aged 5 – 12
WHAT:  Three one hour sessions – one per week.
